Bryan Roberts
Bryan is a Broker specializing in land acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Texas Commercial Realty Group, Bryan spent over 15 years as a petroleum landman where he sharpened his skills in collaboration, negotiation, and honest interaction with his clients, all contributing to his status as a top producer for Texas Commercial Realty Group. As a native Texan, Bryan attended Willis High School and is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. Bryan remains rooted in the community and enjoys outdoor sports including hunting and fishing with family and friends in his spare time.
Randal Sanders
After completing his education at Lamar University and Sam Houston State University, Randy Sanders embarked on a career in public service as a law enforcement officer. Following a successful 20-year tenure with the City of Conroe, Randy made the transition to the commercial real estate industry. Randy began his real estate career with MHW Brokerage Services, targeting Montgomery, Harris, and Walker counties. In his inaugural year at MHW Brokerage Service Randy quickly established himself as the top-producing new associate, specializing in industrial and retail properties. Four years later Randy and three of his closest associates formed Texas Commercial Realty Group, LLC. Randy's dedication and hard work have been evident throughout his career, both in the public sector and now in the real estate industry. His passion for helping clients shines through in every transaction. When he's not closing deals, Randy can be found out on the water, in the woods, or on the golf course, enjoying the great outdoors and making memories with his family and friends.
Ron Brown
Ron came to Texas in 2008 after the financial crisis reset the lending industry. He and his partner shut down their decade-old mortgage company. Ron then joined the largest Independent Used Car Dealership in South Texas, managing and overseeing financing and general management. In 2016, he earned his Real Estate License and became a top producer. In 2022, he was named Broker of the Year at MHW Brokerage Services, LLC. Now, Ron is branching out with three other partners to form their own brokerage: Texas Commercial Realty Group, LLC. At Texas Commercial Realty Group, he joins an Industrial/Flex specialist, a couple of Land specialists with backgrounds in Oil/Gas Land Man operations, and a Doctor joining to head up Medical Leasing and Purchases. Along with Ron's experience in Retail, Retail Land, Office, and Retail Development/Investment Representation, the Group makes a formidable team.
Herbert Melton
Herbert Melton is a licensed commercial real estate broker professional. Prior to joining Texas Commercial Realty Group, he worked in the oil & gas industry for 12 years, as a landman/ broker. He brings experience in contracts, negotiating, title search, and corporate customer service at the highest level. He has been a life-long resident of the Montgomery County graduating from New Caney High School in 1999. Herbert holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Houston Downtown. He is still blessed to live in Willis, with his wife Meghann of 12 years and two boys. The Melton’s are always working their land with different agricultural projects from gardening to beef cattle and to teach the boys true meaning of hard work.
Jack Simmons
Jack Simmons retired from UPS after 32 years of service as a Business Manager. He spent 4 years in the U.S. Army and is married with 3 children- all girls. He has lived in the Montgomery County area since 1976 and has extensive knowledge of Montgomery County and surrounding areas, including Harris County. Jack has worked in Real Estate since 2006 and has experience selling commercial and land properties, as well as residential. Jack's specialties include: buyer representation, seller representation, farm/ranch, distressed properties, lakefront properties and new construction.
